Who does what

Your blood panel passes through a few companies. Here is what each one does and who to ask for help.

Your blood panel, step by step

  1. You buy it. Valdura sells you the blood panel. If you bought it on Avellum's site, Avellum is the store, and the panel and its charge are still Valdura's.
  2. Your kit ships. Precision Pharma, a pharmacy affiliated with Valdura, packs and ships your kit.
  3. A physician orders the test. An independent physician licensed in your state reviews your request and orders the test. The physician does not examine you or go over your results with you.
  4. A laboratory tests your sample. You collect your sample at home and send it to an independent laboratory certified under federal law, which tests it and reports the results.
  5. Better Human connects the steps. Better Human, a company that works with Valdura, arranges the physician's order, the laboratory testing and getting your results to Valdura.
  6. Valdura gives you your results. Your results appear in the Valdura app, with every marker explained.

Peptides and prescriptions from Avellum

Avellum's treatments are run by licensed clinicians in the medical groups affiliated with OpenLoop Health, Avellum's telehealth partner. They do your medical intake and your visit, decide whether to prescribe, and answer your medical questions.
