Switching from ChatGPT
Bring your health history with you.
If you've been using ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini for your health, you don't have to start over. Bring what it knows about you to Valdura in about a minute, and your assistant opens already knowing you.
Copy one prompt.
We give you a prompt that asks your old assistant to write out everything it knows about your health: your goals, conditions, medications and supplements as you take them, allergies, family history, and the numbers you've mentioned. ChatGPT and Claude open with it already typed in. For Gemini or anything else, you paste it in.
Paste the answer back.
Your old assistant puts the whole profile in one block you can copy in a tap. Paste it into your account and we read it into sections.
Check it, then save.
You see every item we read. Untick anything that's wrong and fix anything that's close. Only what you keep is saved. Lab numbers it remembered are never saved as results: you upload the real report for that.
Why it stays private.
We never connect to your ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini account. You copy the answer yourself, so you see exactly what comes over, and nothing goes the other way: the prompt is the same text for everyone and carries nothing about you.
What you keep is stored in your own Valdura account, behind your sign-in. It shows on your Memory page, where you can forget any single item, and you can export or delete your account whenever you want.
Then your assistant takes it from there.
It reads what you brought over, confirms the parts that matter, and asks only about what was missing. Creating an account is free.
